: I have served since the fall of 2016 as a consultant and testifying expert in the Roundup-NHL litigation underway in the US. As a result, I have interacted extensively with both plaintiff and defense attorneys exploring my analytical work, published papers, and opinions regarding the use of GBHs, exposures to GLY, GLY/GBH testing and regulation, and associated risks. In addition, I have read multiple unpublished expert reports, deposition transcripts, and trial testimony. During CMB’s tenure with the Heartland Study and HHRA, funding was provided by HHRA to the Ramazzini Institute to support the addition of the RangerPro formulation into the three legs of the Global Glyphosate Study. CMB played no role in the design, oversight, conduct, or interpretation of Global Glyphosate Study results.
