Ethics approval and consent to participate: The study adhered to the Declaration of Helsinki and was approved by the Santiago–Lugo Clinical Research Ethics Committee (Registration 2023/105, RE-24-10), which covered the multicenter retrospective study conducted across all participating centers. Given the retrospective nature of the study, based exclusively on routinely collected clinical data with no impact on patient management, the requirement for informed consent was waived.
