: This work was carried out under the ethical approved obtained for the for the TARGET trial by Sydney Children’s Hospitals Network (SCHN) Human Research Ethics Committee (LNR/14/SCH/497) and the PRISM trial by the Hunter New England Research Ethics Committee of the Hunter New England Local Health District (17/02/015/4.06) and the New South Wales Human Research Ethics Committee (HREC/17/HNE/29). These trials form part of the ZERO Childhood Cancer program of the SCHN and CCI.
