: Animal procedures were approved by the animal care and use committee (IACUC) of the University of Lausanne, namely the Service de la Consommation et des Affaires Vétérinaires du Canton de Vaud (Epalinges, Switzerland; authorization N°1798), and the committee for ethics of the NHMC herpetological collection.
