: We used the minimum number of individuals needed for obtaining statistically reliable results. We minimized stress during handling as far as possible, and all shrimp remained healthy during the experiment. We returned the shrimp to the site of capture after the end of the experiments. No permission was needed to perform the research, as the invertebrates are not endangered.
