: In the current study, <i>Lepidium apetalum</i> were collected on public land in April 2022, and collection of these wild plants for the research purposes would not be detrimental to the local ecology. Voucher specimens of <i>Lepidium apetalum</i> were deposited in the Herbarium of School of Pharmacy, Henan University of Chinese Medicine. These specimens were identified by Prof. Chengming Dong of Henan University of Chinese Medicine. The deposition number for the voucher specimen of <i>Lepidium apetalum</i> is HUTCM-TLZ-La20220030.
