Ethics approval and consent to participate
: Ethical issues are no applicable in this study since fin clips were collected samples on previously dead fishes from commercial catches. The species is not classified as endangered by the IUCN. The molecular markers derived (SNP by GBS) from those samples will only be used for descriptive and taxonomic purposes. No genetic manipulation was used. In this case, Nagoya protocol does not apply.
