: S. lycopersicumcv. M82,S. lycopersicumcv. Micro-Tom,S. pimpinellifolium, andS. pennelliiLA0716 seeds were kindly provided by Tamas Dalmay. Seeds for the introgression lines were kindly provided by Dani Zamir. All plants were grown, propagated, crossed and collected in growth rooms at the Plant Growth Facility of the Department of Plant Sciences. Plant work was done under licence from the Department of Food and Rural Affairs (DEFRA) n° 50,973/198463 and VIGS experiments were conducted under DEFRA Plant Health licence 50,973/235589.
