: This study did not directly involve humans or animals.Seeds of tartary buckwheat (Xiqiao No. 2) were collected in 2016 from the experimental field of the College of Life Science, Sichuan Agricultural University (Lat. 29°97’ N, 102°97’ E, Alt. 580 m), China.
