: Not applicable: animals did not belong to any experimental design but were sampled by veterinarians and/or under veterinarian supervision for routine veterinary care. EU-wide welfare standards and authorizations from the National Governmental Agriculture and Veterinary Agencies were followed in these collection procedures. All samples were collected from commercial farms and the animal owners agreed to be involved in the project through their respective breeder associations.
