Ethics approval and consent to participate
: Patient Anonymity and Informed Consent. The study was approved by ethical committees of the first affiliated hospital of Nanchang University. The patient gave written informed consent for sample collection and personal data processing. The sample were anonymized. All animal experiments were carried out in accordance with the provisions of the “Prevention of Cruelty to Animal Act, 1986”, the “Australian Code of Practice for the Care and Use of Animals for Scientific Purposes 7th edition, 2004” and the Nanchang University Animal Care and Use Committee Guidelines and Policies. The protocol was approved by Nanchang University Animal Research Platform (NUARP)-2 Animal Ethics Committee (AEC) of Monash University (AEC number NUARP /2017/054).
