Ethics approval and consent to participate
: We obtained permissions for the isolation of the studied bacterial isolates from plant samples collected by the National Inspectorates of Plant Health and Seed Inspection Service in Poland. Regarding bacterial strains originating from Portugal, they were isolated from potatoes exported from Poland to Santarem region in Portugal. We have an appropriate agreement with the exporting company concerning the collection of bacterial isolates from this material. All described field studies were conducted in accordance with the policies of the National Inspectorates of Plant Health and Seed Inspection Service in Poland.
