: All animal protocols were approved by the Review Committee for the Use of Animal Subjects of Xinyang Normal University (No.XYEC-2017-002). All animals were raised for commercial used rather than for experimental reasons according to the feeding and management stander of buffalo or cattle production. Animals were slaughtered under unconscious (electric shock method) according to the food industry-approved halal food quality certified by a Muslim cleric according to the law of Islam. All efforts were made to minimize suffering. The farm owners declare that they consent to participate this study.
