Ethics approval and consent to participate
: Human primary MSCs was obtained from patients who had granted the authors written informed consent with approval of the General Direction for Research and Innovation, the department in responsible for questions of ethics within the French Ministry of Higher Education and Research (registration number: DC-2009-1052). Human primary myoblasts were collected from patients of the CHU of Montpellier, France (the Montpellier University Hospital) who had provided informed consent. All experiments were performed in accordance with the Declaration of Helsinki and approved by the ethical committee of the CHU of Montpellier (France). Samples were approved for storage by the French “Ministre de l’Enseignement et de la Recherche” (NDC-2008-594). Liver samples were obtained from the Biological Resource Center of Montpellier CHU (CRB-CHUM; ; Biobank ID: BB-0033-00031). The procedure was approved by the French Ethics Committee and written consent was obtained from the patients.
