: All the experimental procedures were performed in accordance with Regulations for the Administration of Affairs Concerning Experimental Animals (Ministry of Science and Technology, China, revised in June 2004) and were approved by the Institutional Animal Care and Use Committee of Anhui Agricultural University (permit number: SYXK 2016–007). The whole protocols were carried out in accordance with relevant regulations by this committee. All chickens were humanely sacrificed and all efforts were made to relieve the suffering of these birds.
