: Ethical Approvals were given by the Ethics Committee of Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences with the reference number of SVRI2018051. Sample collecting was performed in accordance with Animal Protection Law of the People’s Republic of China. All samples were shipped to Shanghai Veterinary Research Institute of Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences where all experiments were carried out in accordance to the guidelines of Biosafety Level 2 Laboratory at SVRI.
