: The adults and larval samples of <i>C. buqueti</i> used in this study were collected in Danan Town, Muchuan County, Leshan City, Sichuan Province. All experiments were conducted within ethical limits and were conducted safely in the Molecular Biology Laboratory of Key Laboratory of Sichuan Province for Bamboo Pests Control and Resource Development of Leshan Normal University from July 15 to August 15, 2020. All experiments do not involve humans.
