: 3-year-old <i>P. tabulaeformis</i> used in our research come from Chaoyang City, Liaoning Province, China. The PWN (<i>Bursapherenchus xylophilus</i>) was separated from infected <i>P. tabulaeformis</i> in Dongling Park, Shenyang City, Liaoning Province, China. The experiment was conducted in the Forest Protection Laboratory of Shenyang Agricultural University. After the experiment, harmless treatment was taken. Experimental research and field studies on plants including the collection of plant material comply with relevant institutional, national, and international guidelines and legislation.
