: All goat were handled following the guidelines established by the Council for Animal Welfare of China. The protocols for sample collection and animal handling have been approved by the Faculty of Animal Policy and Welfare Committee of Zhoukou Normal University (ZKNU, Protocol number, ZKNM2023032). In addition, the project does not include euthanasia of the experimental animals. The sample size was decided based on the availability of similar animals with similar physical and physiological status. The study was carried out in compliance with the ARRIVE guidelines.
