: All cattle were handled following the guidelines in accordance with the Regulations for the Administration of Affairs Concerning Experimental Animals approved by the State Council of the People’s Republic of China. Informed consent was obtained from the owners of the cattle in the study. All experimental procedures in the present study were approved by the Animal Administration and Ethics Committee of Lanzhou Institute of Husbandry and Pharmaceutical Sciences of CAAS (Permit No. SYXK-2014-0002).
