: All experimental protocols involving animals were approved by the Institutional Animal Care and Use Committee (IACUC) of Northwest A&F University (Approval No. 202205A29). This study strictly adhered to the Guidelines for the Ethical Review of Laboratory Animal Welfare (GB/T 35892 − 2018) established by the Welfare and Ethics Committee of the Chinese Association for Laboratory Animal Sciences (CALAS). All procedures were designed to minimize animal discomfort, with blood collection exclusively performed via non-terminal marginal ear vein puncture without anesthesia.
