: All experimental procedures involving cattle were conducted in strict compliance with the Regulations for the Administration of Experimental Animals (approved by the State Council of the People’s Republic of China). Written informed consent was obtained from all cattle owners prior to sample collection. This study was formally approved by the Animal Administration and Ethics Committee of Lanzhou Institute of Husbandry and Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences (CAAS) (Permit No.: SYXK-2024-0023).
