: The Ziwuling black goats (ZBG) used in this experiment were provided by Qingyang Goat Breeding Farm, Gansu Province, China. The goats received the same feeding conditions throughout the study period. The goats were clinically healthy, free of disease and trauma. The feeding environment in this study meets the standards outlined in the China National Standard “Laboratory Animal Environment and Facilities” (GB14925-2010), which are applicable to typical animal laboratory facilities. Animal welfare requirements during animal feeding and testing. In addition, none of the animals used in this study involved euthanasia and sacrifice methods.
