: This study of the human blood samples from patients was approved by the Moscow Municipal Independent Ethics Committee (Protocol No. 126). Written informed consent was obtained from all patients, and for those < 18 years old also their parents, in accordance with the Declaration of Helsinki.The study of the mouse adrenal tissue samples was approved during the Bioethics Commission meeting № 162-d held on 16.05.2024, application № 176-a.The study of human pancreatic tumors was conducted in accordance with the Declaration of Helsinki and approved by the Local Ethics Committee of the Moscow Clinical Scientific Center, named after Loginov, of the Moscow Department of Healthcare. The protocol code is 3/2023, and the date of approval was 28 February 2023. Written informed consent was obtained from all patients.
