: The authors confirmed that the experimental research on plants including the collection of plant seeds comply with relevant institutional, national, and international guidelines and legislation. The seeds of A. lancea were collected from private lands near Zhanhe Reservoir in Yingshan County, Huanggang City, Hubei Province, China (29°36.32’N, 109°15.98’E). All plant materials used in this experiment were from tissue culture plantlets in our laboratory, its not endangered or protected materials. All samples were stored in Hubei University of Chinese Medicine, Xiuqiao Zhang identified it.
