: This manuscript complies with the ethical standards. The data was collected retrospectively with the consent of the hospital management and the ethics commission. Personal data of patients remained anonymous. Only the results of diagnostic tests were used. No individual consents obtained, as there was no need. The need for consent was waived by the Bioethics Committee of the Medical University of Wroclaw, and the study was approved as No.KB-638/2017 by this committee.
