: The Institutional Ethics Committee for Human Health at the University of Douala conducted an ethical review of the protocol (No: 1639IEC-UD/06/2018/T). Administrative approval was obtained from the directors of various health facilities. Mothers of infants provided written informed consent to participate with their children. Data was processed using specific identifiers to ensure privacy and confidentiality.
