: This analysis was performed in accordance with local legislation and the Declaration of Helsinki. The Research Ethics Committee of the Faculty of Medicine and Health Science at Ibb University approved the ethical statement for this investigation. Furthermore, an official letter was written to the Science and Technology Hospital in Sana’a Governorate and the Public Health Office of the Ibb Governorate, granting permission to use the database data for these purposes. Additionally, due to the retrospective nature of the study, Article 51 of the Yemeni Public Health Law No. (4) The need for informed consent was waived in 2009. Secret codes were used to protect the personal identities of the patients, and all data analyses were conducted anonymously.
