Ethics approval and consent to participate
: The need for ethics approval was waived by the local medical ethics committee from Radboudumc and is deemed unnecessary according to local guidelines. This study investigated the performance of feces collection kits and bacterial DNA isolation kits. It did not pertain with any (clinical/biological) investigation of any human tissue at any level.Verbal and written consent was obtained from all participants. Ethics Approval was not required by the local medical ethics committee from Radboudumc as it was deemed unnecessary according to committee’s requirements.
