: All methods were carried out in accordance with relevant guidelines and regulations and were approved by the Ethics Committee of Shenzhen Nanshan People's Hospital and the 1964 Helsinki declaration and its later amendments, or comparable ethical standards. All experimental procedures involving human subjects were approved by the institutional ethical committee of Shenzhen Nanshan People’s Hospital. Bacterial strains were collected as part of the routine clinical management of patients, according to the national guidelines in China.
