: Ethical approval of the study was granted by the Committee of Human Research and Publications and Ethics, School of Medicinal Science, KNUST with Protocol Identification Number CHRPE/AP/649/19. Written informed consent was obtained from all participants before enrollment into study after the objectives and procedures of the study were explained in details. The participants identity and records were coded before analysis was done. Each participant was given the right to refuse to take part in the study and to withdraw at any time during the study period. Results were made available to the participants for their proper management. All the methods under this study were performed in accordance with the relevant guidelines and regulations as subject to human participants.
