An administrative clearance was obtained from the North West Regional Delegation of Public Health N<sup>o</sup>: 2021/203/ATT/NWR/RDPH/BRIGAD. A written Informed Consent Form with allocation for thumb-printing and a witness’ signature, approved by the Faculty of Health Sciences Institutional Review Board of University of Buea, was signed or thumb printed by all participants. All thumb-printed informed consent forms were countered signed by a witness. Cameroon National Ethics Committee for Human Health Research gave approval for TAKeOFF project No: 2020/12/1320/CE/CNERSH/SP.
