: This study was conducted in accordance with the Declaration of Helsinki, reviewed and approved by the Faculty of Pharmacy, Ain Shams University Research ethics committee, (ACUC-FP-ASU RHDIRB2020110301 REC# 41). A waiving of the patient consent was obtained from the Ain Shams University Research ethics committee since the collected isolates were obtained from the discharged clinical specimens of unidentified patients and there was no any type of contact with patients.
