: All methods were carried out in accordance with relevant guidelines and regulations and were approved by the Ethics Committee of Huazhong University of Science and Technology Union Shenzhen Hospital and the 1964 Helsinki declaration and its later amendments, or comparable ethical standards. All experimental procedures involving human subjects were approved by the institutional ethical committee of Huazhong University of Science and Technology Union Shenzhen Hospital. Bacterial strains were obtained from stored samples of hospitalized patients, collected as part of the routine clinical management of patients, according to the national guidelines in China.
