: This research was approved by the National Ethic committee for human health research, Centre, Cameroon CENE00289CRERSHC/2023. Written informed consents were obtained from the parents and/or legal guardian/nearest of each participant under 18 years old. The study was approved by the Centre of Expertise and Biological Diagnostic of Cameroon (CEDBCAM-RI) under the number (N° 2023/03/016/L/CEDBCAM-RI/DG/DRD). The study was conducted in accordance with the declaration of Helsinki. In addition, the research authorizations of the various healthcare structures have been granted.
