: Ethical approval was obtained from the institutional review board of the College of Medicine and Health Science, Bahir Dar University (Protocol number 746/2023), and permission was also obtained from FHCSH and TGSTH. Written informed consent from specialized hospitals was obtained after explaining the purpose and benefits of the study and the confidentiality of the information in the study. The names of hospitals were anonymized and coded before being stored in a locked cabinet and documented on a password-protected personal computer to ensure the confidentiality of the results.
