: The strain collection program approved by the Ethical Committee of the First Affiliated Hospital of Chengdu Medical College (2022CYFYHEC-MS-18). Participants were thoroughly briefed on the study's purpose and scope, and sufficient time was allotted for them to seek clarification. Each participant provided written informed consent.
