: was sought from the Committee on Human Research, Publications and Ethics (CHRPE) (CHRPE/AP/472/17) of the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST). Written informed consent was obtained from willing participants. Full disclosure and explanation of the study procedures was provided to all participants in a language of their choice (this was largely English or the local language, Twi).
