The study was approved by the Research Ethics Committee (REC) of the Ahvaz Jundishapur University of Medical Sciences, Ahvaz, Iran, and the necessary permission was granted for specimen collection (IR.AJUMS.MEDICINE.REC.1401.063). This Research involving human participants has been performed following and with the Helsinki Declaration of 1964, as revised in 2013. The study was approved by the Research Ethics Committee (REC) of the Ahvaz Jundishapur University of Medical Sciences. Written Informed Consent was obtained from all the participants. After the submission of the preliminary proposal, and necessary permission for sample collection was granted. All respondents were asked to provide written consent to participate in the study. We emphasized that participation was voluntary and that patients could withdraw from the research at any time. Additionally, all procedures involving human participants confirmed that each individual had given written consent for the use of their information. In this study, personal information such as patients' names, surnames, ethnicity, personal identification numbers, and any other information that patients did not agree to have published were excluded. All participants provided informed consent for the research, and their anonymity was preserved throughout the study.
