: This study was approved by Ethics Committee in clinical research of the First Affiliated Hospital of Wenzhou Medical University (No. KY2022-R117), which waived the requirement for informed consent given the observational nature of this study, mainly focused on bacteria and involved no interventions with patients. Patient information was anonymized and de-identified during the entire process of data recording.
