: The study procedures and sample collections were collected in accordance with the Laboratory Animal Welfare and Ethics Committee of Linzhou Jingmu, Agricultural and Animal Husbandry Development company, Institute of Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Medicine, Tibet Academy of Agriculture and Animal Husbandry Science, and the ethics committee of Nanjing Agricultural University (NJAU.No20220305025). As we only collected blood and fecal samples, there is no need of special permissions for collection samples. This experiment yaks were from Linzhou Jingmu, Agricultural and Animal Husbandry Development company, which is a local government owned company, and cooperated with the Tibet Academy of Agriculture and Animal Husbandry Sciences. And before experiment, we obtained informed consent in oral from the manger of this company.
