Ethical approval was granted by the Ethics Committee of The Second Affiliated Hospital of Guizhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine (Guizhou, China), which waived the requirement for informed consent given the retrospective, observational nature of the research and the use of anonymized patient data.Animal studies were reviewed and approved by the Guizhou University Traditional Chinese Medicine Laboratory Animal Management Committee, ensuring compliance with the Guidelines for the Ethical Review of Laboratory Animal Welfare (People's Republic of China National Standard GB/T 35892–2018).
