: The Neisseria meningitidis isolates used in this study were collected from China’s routine national communicable disease surveillance, conducted by the public health authorities under established national protocols. These protocols were conducted by the Declaration of Helsinki. The isolates were obtained in an anonymized form. The current study involves solely the in vitro analysis of these existing, de-identified bacterial isolates and does not involve new sample collection from human participants.
