: The study was approved by the North Stockholm Animal Ethics Committee (permission N31/14). Human fecal material was collected from a longitudinal cohort under the permissions 331/02 and 2007/858–31/2 from the Human Ethics Committee at Huddinge University Hospital, Stockholm. All research involving human participants was conducted in accordance with the 1964 Helsinki Declaration and its subsequent revisions. For these studies, parents provided informed verbal consent, and no written documentation of the participants'informed approval was required at that time, which was agreed upon by the Human Ethics Committee and was in accordance with the regulations at the time of the initiation of the study.
