: We obtained an informed consent from Faculty of Pharmacy at Tanta University to use the animals, and the Research Ethics Committee of the Faculty of Pharmacy at Tanta University (approval code, TP/RE/6/25 p-002) approved the care and use of animals in this study and the procedures in accordance with ARRIVE guidelines. This study is devoid of any involvement with human participants, human data, or human tissue. The clinical isolates were sourced from microbiological laboratories within the Tanta University hospitals, ensuring no access to patient data or personal contact with patients, and we obtained them as unnamed bacteria on agar media. Therefore, humans did not directly participate, and obtaining informed consent to participate was waived for this study by the ethics committee of the Faculty of Pharmacy at Tanta University. However, our study complies with Helsinki’s Ethical Principles for Medical Research.
