: The FLORA Study was approved by the Regional Ethical Review Board in Umeå (reference number 2014-224-31), with subsequent amendments approved by the Swedish Ethical Review Authority (2016-85-32 M, 2016-189-32 M, 2017-99-32 M, 2018-504-32). All procedures were conducted in accordance with the Declaration of Helsinki. Written informed consent was obtained from both parents for participation in the NorthPop study and the optional FLORA substudy, including consent for their child to participate.
