: This study was approved by the Ethics Committee of West China Second University Hospital, Sichuan University (approval no. 2022-054). Written informed consent was obtained from all participants prior to enrolment and sample collection, and all procedures involving human participants complied with the principles of the Declaration of Helsinki. All animal experiments were approved by the Ethics Committee of the College of Life Sciences, Sichuan University (approval no. SCU230303001) and were conducted in accordance with institutional and national guidelines for the care and use of laboratory animals. Euthanasia was performed under deep isoflurane anesthesia followed by cervical dislocation, in compliance with the AVMA Guidelines for the Euthanasia of Animals.
