: This study is a retrospective genomic epidemiological analysis of historically collected strains based on whole-genome sequencing. This study was reviewed and approved by the Ethics Committee of the Second Affiliated Hospital & Yuying Children's Hospital of Wenzhou Medical University (Approval No: LCKY2020-280). The patient information has been de-identified and the bacterial strains in this study were collected in clinical routine diagnostics. Therefore, the consent to participate from patients was waived by the Ethics Committee of the Second Affiliated Hospital & Yuying Children's Hospital of Wenzhou Medical University, in accordance with Decree No. 11 of the National Health Commission of the People’s Republic of China (Operational Guideline for the Ethic Review of Biomedical Research Involving Human Subject, approved on September 30, 2016, implemented from December 1, 2016). The study complies with the principles of the Helsinki Declaration.
