: All procedures were conducted in compliance with relevant guidelines and regulations, and were approved by the Ethics Committee of Shenzhen Nanshan People’s Hospital, in alignment with the principles of the 1964 Helsinki Declaration and its subsequent amendments. The study adhered to comparable ethical standards. All experimental protocols involving human subjects were reviewed and approved by the institutional ethics committee of Shenzhen Nanshan People’s Hospital. Bacterial strains were obtained as part of standard clinical patient management, following national guidelines in China.
