: The study adhered to the principles of the Declaration of Helsinki. This study was reviewed and approved by the Ethics Committee of the Children’s Hospital, Zhejiang University School of Medicine (Approval No.: 2025-IRB-0064-P-01). This study is a retrospective genomic epidemiological analysis of historically collected strains based on whole-genome sequencing. The bacterial strains used in this study were collected during routine clinical diagnosis; no additional samples were collected, nor were any clinical interventions performed. All patient information has been fully de-identified. Therefore, the consent to participate from patients or legal guardians was waived by the Ethics Committee of the Children’s Hospital, Zhejiang University School of Medicine, in accordance with Decree No. 11 of the National Health Commission of the People’s Republic of China (Operational Guideline for the Ethic Review of Biomedical Research Involving Human Subject, approved on September 30, 2016, implemented from December 1, 2016).
